About
Enhanced capacities of key sectors and partners at national, provincial, district and commune levels in highly prone areas for: vulnerability and risk assessments, rapid assessments, monitoring, planning for risk reduction, preparedness and response. Awareness raising/BCC on disaster and climate change risks and effective risk reduction measures focusing on the most vulnerable. (national and local levels) Vietnam is one of 5 countries in the world, most seriously impacted by climate change. How to cope with this is a big issue, leading to contribution to policy development for adaptation and mitigation. Since women are the most vulnerable group, the AWP may contribute to address gender issue in the policy to respond to climate change. The IU's deliverables are directly linked to National Target Programme to Respond to Climate Change and National Action Plan for Response to Climate Change in Health Sector which has been developed by MoH This AWP will help MoH implement activities mentioned in the National Action Plan for Response to Climate Change in Health Sector to fulfill MoH tasks in the NTP to Respond to Climate Change Recent Documents
