Outputs in the One Plan 2006-2010:

4.11.2 Enhanced partnership and coordination around gender  equality within and outside government. As this project is to capacity build MOLlSA, it is placed in the same reference as the UN-GoY Joint Programme on Gender equality as it will develop capacity identified as needed rom the Joint Programme activity on capacity assessment or MOLISA.

This capacity building project is to assist the Gender equality  Department or MOLISA to develop the new National Strategy for Gender equality and the associated National Targeted programme, in addition to building the skills of staff to address these issues. As such, it is designed issues concerning Viet equal ity and the associated National to link to the National Policy addressing gender and cross reference of gender in other key policies for the GoV.
