 AWP outline tries to contribute to  policy development to address issues concerning Viet Nam's emerging development to address MIC status through  national capacities and action  planning to respond to Climate Change in Viet Nam in reducing vulnerability and controlling GHG emissions, to\ ensure climate proofing for short-, mcdium-, and long-term sustainable development.

 Issues of Climate Change and Sustainability will be essential and impetus for Vietnam to redirect the growth strategy from rapid economic growth to more prudent and more environmentally and climate resilient sustainable growth.

OPO and AWP outcomes support the MONRE, MARD and other agencies in achievement of national achieving national development through capacity development to address Climate Change in Viet Nam, speCifically the the AWP (or equivalent) as project will enhance scientific appropriate. knowledge on climate change for policy formulation and development planning, and ensure successful implementation of the NTP-RCC.
