The following projects, part of the Health cluster, are funded by the South Sudan CHF:


  1. SSD-13/H/52572/14572 -To provide  basic Primary Health Care Packages to the vulnerable Returnees, host community and IDPs.
  2. SSD-13/H/55326/6703 - Ensuring health emergencies response and safety nets to local communities, IDPs and returnees in Twic County (Warrap State).
  3. SSD-13/H/55330/6931 - Ensuring health safety nets and EP&R to health needs of host, IDPs and returnees’ communities in Greater Yirol (Lakes State) and Greater Tonj (Warrap State).
  4. SSD-13/H/55400/5095 - Preparedness and response to health related emergencies in South Sudan and provision of basic health care to vulnerable communities in selected states of South Sudan.
  5. SSD-13/H/55405/7790 - Provision of Integrated Primary Health Care services for vulnerable populations and strengthened health emergency response capacity in Twic County, Warrap State; Agok, Abyei Administrative Area and Ulang and Baliet and Maban Counties, Upper Nile State.
  6. SSD-13/H/55410/5195 - Provision and expansion of community, primary and referral healthcare services in selected Counties of Eastern Equatoria and Jonglei states.
  7. SSD-13/H/55421/5179 - Basic and Emergency Primary Health Care Services in Northern Bahr el Ghazal and Unity states.
  8. SSD-13/H/55425/6971 - Emergency Primary Health Care and Response Project in Maban, (EPHCR).
  9. SSD-13/H/55433/13107 - Reduce maternal morbidity and mortality and provision of emergency surgery through support of Akobo County Hospital.
  10. SSD-13/H/55436/6088 - Provision of essential gender-sensitive high-impact health services, emergency referral and health system strengthening assistance in underserved Fangak, Nyirol & Pigi Counties in Jonglei and Longechuk County in Upper Nile, South Sudan.
  11. SSD-13/H/55461/5572 - Improving life condition of the rural people of Ayod County (Jonglei State) through support of Primary Health Care System.
  12. SSD-13/H/55464/8662 - Emergency Control of Malaria and other Major Vector Borne Diseases (VBD) amongst IDPs, Returnees and Vulnerable Host Communities in Conflict and Flood Affected Areas of Warrap, Unity  and Upper Nile States.
  13. SSD-13/H/55465/8452 - Emergency Health Intervention for Vulnerable Populations in Pigi, Akobo and Fangak counties in Jonglei state.
  14. SSD-13/H/55572/13035 - Maintaining existing safety nets with provision of emergency health services and controlling communicable and tropical neglected diseases.
  15. SSD-13/H/55648/15830 - Improving on the provision of Basic Health Services and Outreach in Emergencies in Unity  State of South Sudan.
