Ce projet vise à renforcer la cohésion sociale dans la zone du Nord Tillabéry, tout en promouvant les modes pacifiques de gestion de conflits dans sept communes de Tillabéry, notamment par le renforcement de l’inclusion des jeunes (filles et garçons) et des femmes dans les mécanismes de prévention et gestion de conflit.  Spécifiquement, le projet a pour stratégie de renforcer la résilience des populations à travers des mécanismes communautaires de résolution pacifique fonctionnels qui impliquent les jeunes, les femmes et les élus/leaders, tout en offrant des opportunités d’insertion socio-économique aux jeunes
