About
UNIDO- PAGE Workplan - ODA PAGE aims to put sustainability at the heart of economic policymaking and practices to advance the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and Paris Agreement on Climate Change through inclusive green economy approaches and by bringing together the expertise of five specialized UN agencies (UN Environment, ILO, UNDP, UNIDO and UNITAR). It supports nations and regions to achieve sustainable and green growth, create green jobs, address inequality and climate change, advance green industrial development, and improve skills, knowledge and institutional capacity. PAGE is currently supporting thirteen countries and provinces/states: Argentina, Barbados, Mato Grosso State (Brazil), Burkina Faso, Jiangsu Province (China), Ghana, Guyana, Guatemala, Kyrgyz Republic, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Mongolia, Peru, Senegal, South Africa and Uruguay, and aims to support up to 20 countries by 2020. Working closely with policymakers and the private sector, PAGE helps to formulate, adopt, finance and implement economic and sectoral policies and practices. To achieve these objectives, PAGE is delivering results in the following four outcome areas: 1) Outcome 1: Countries have reinforced and integrated inclusive green economy (IGE) goals and targets into SDG-aligned national economic and development planning through multi-stakeholder collaboration 2) Outcome 2: Countries are implementing evidence-based sectoral and thematic reforms in line with national IGE priorities 3) Outcome 3: Individual, institutional and planning capacities for IGE action strengthened at the national and global level 4) Outcome 4: Countries have improved their knowledge base for advancing IGE Recent Documents
