The following projects, part of the HEALTH cluster, are funded by the South Sudan CHF:

  1. SSD-15/SA1/H/UN/255 - Provision of life-saving emergency medical supplies through the core pipeline to improve the primary health care services for the populations of humanitarian concern in high risk areas.
  2. SSD-15/SA1/H/UN/387 - Provision of immediate lifesaving health services among vulnerable groups, and response to communicable disease outbreaks and other health related emergencies in the fronline counties.
  3. SSD-15/SA1/H/UN/387 - Sustaining Life-saving Primary Health Care Services and Provision of Rapid Response and Psychosocial Support for Vulnerable IDPs, Returnees and Affected Host Communities in Upper Nile, Unity, and Jonglei States.
  4. SSD-15/SA1/H/UN/426 - Ensuring availability of Reproductive Health supplies for the provision of  Care and Dignity for Women and Girls in South Sudan.
  5. SSD-15/SA1/H/UN/195 - Support to emergency and routine immunization interventions through vaccine provision, strengthening of cold chain systems, capacity building and implementation of immunization services to prevent outbreaks of Vaccine Preventable Diseases in South Sudan - UNICEF
