Outputs in the One Plan 2006-2010:

4.16. (OPI4.11.2) Strengthened capacity of governments and Results and Resources organized civil society organizations, including women's NGOs, to promote human rights under CEDAW

4.16.1 (OPI4.11.1) Expertise of a core group of legislators, Executives and judges strengthened in using CEDAW to help guarantee women's human rights in selected substantive areas

 4.17.2 (OPI4.12.2) Greater commitment to CEDA W implementation and timely reporting by the State

The IU will contribute to addressing the following issues:

• Ethnic minority development

• Women's political participation

• Gender justice

• Access to justice

• Rule of law

• State accountabilities and obligations on women's rights

• Promotion of women's NGOs development
