About
2010 AWP was developed jointly between GOPFP (IP) and UNFPA with other partners - Baseline Survey Report - Provision and Utilisation of Reproductive Health Care Services in seven UNFPA provinces in CP7 (2006) -CPAP, 2006-2010 - UNFPA's M&E Framework, CP7 AWPs for each year - UNFPA Annual Targets Framework for SP Outputs Activities in WP 2010 reflect: - Ongoing programmatic interventions to contribute to policy development on population and reproductive health (Pop/RH) comprising policy dialogue, policy development and evidence based policy advocacy on emerging issues, such as imbalanced sex ratio at birth (SRB), demographic bonus, aging, migration and urbanisation, and climate change impacting on vulnerable population. - Designing and implementing selected intervention modalities for policy development
The key activities of AWP in 2010: 1) Policy development: - Support MOH to complete Pop/RH Strategy, 2011-2020 and National Action plan 2011-2015 to implement the population and RH strategy - Condom programming and support social marketing programme for RH commodities, especially for contraceptives; and
2)Utilizing census data for planning and policy development 3) Evaluation intervention to address imbalance of SRB for scaling up and policy dialogue Recent Documents
