Project description: To rehabilitate former members of the Maoist army verified as minors or late recruits into civilian life, with potential for sustainable livelihoods.
Peacebuilding Impact: Key elements of the CPA and AMMAA were implemented through the socio-economic rehabilitation of Verified Minors and Late Recruits (VMLRs). Project Outcome(s): Outcome 1: Verified minors and late recruits are supported in their socio-economic rehabilitation through individual rehabilitation option packages. Outcome 2: Communities are engaged in supporting the rehabilitation of the verified minors and late recruits.

Indicator and benchmarks: Of the 55% VMLRs who have availed themselves of the individual rehabilitation packages, the % engaged in constructive livelihoods six months after the completion of the process.
