The following projects, part of the HEALTH cluster, are funded by the South Sudan CHF:

  1. SSD-15/SA1/H/INGO/166 - Improve health situation of conflict affected displaced community and vulnerable host community in Nyal, Unity State, by providing primary health care services
  2. SSD-15/SA1/H/NGO/167 - Improve health status of the communities internally displaced in Bor, Duk and Awerial Counties of Jonglei and Lake states.
  3. SSD-15/SA1/H/INGO/216 - Strengthening the capacity of primary health care facilities to deliver essential and emergency services in Fangak and Nyirol counties of Jonglei State.
  4. SSD-15/SA1/H/NGO/223 - To increase access of integrated emergency primary health care services to IDPs,Host Community.
  5. SSD-15/SA1/H/NGO/234 - Improve quality of comprehensive emergency primary healthcare services and Increase access through health facility and community-based service provision.
  6. SSD-15/SA1/H/NGO/245 - Emergency health responsive to vulnerable population and host community in 5 counties of Unity state (Rubkona, Guit, Mayom, Abiemnom and Pariang) and two counties in Jonglei (Twic east and Uror).
  7. SSD-15/SA1/H/INGO/314 - Delivery of primary and reproductive health services in South Sudan.
  8. SSD-15/SA1/H/INGO/322 - Provision of emergency health assistance to IDPs and conflict affected persons in South Sudan.
  9. SSD-15/SA1/H/NGO/341 - Provision of emergency and gender-sensitive high-impact health services in hard-to-reach, underserved and conflict affected IDPs and vulnerable communities in Akobo, Pigi and Fangak  counties of  Jonglei state, and Leer county in Unity state.
  10. SSD-15/SA1/H/NGO/346 - Accelerating Access to Essential and Emergency health services to women, girls, boys and men in affected and vulnerable communities in Lakes and Eastern Equatoria in order to reduce excess morbidity and mortality.
  11. SSD-15/SA1/H/INGO/369 - Emergency response to acute and chronic complex health emergencies and increased access to health care for vulnerable populations in South Sudan.
  12. SSD-15/SA1/H/INGO/390 - Enhancing emergency primary health care services among the vulnerable displaced communities of Ayod County (Jonglei State).
